When and where is the REPC?

The REPC will be held at the National Indoor Stadium as follows:

 

Thursday, 5 April 2012: 10am to 7pm

Friday, 6 April 2012: 8:30am to 11am and 2pm to 7pm

Saturday, 7 April 2012: 8:30am to 4.30pm

What documents should I produce upon collection of my REP at the counter?

You are required to produce:

 

  • Printout of your confirmation slip
  • Your Identity Card/Passport (for participants in all adult race categories)
  • A photocopy of your Birth Certificate (for kids participants only)
  • Your personalised donation card (or a police report slip in the event that you lose your card) and the donations collected.

 

In the event that the donation card is lost, you are responsible for obtaining a police report. Upon filing of police report, you will be provided with a receipt/ slip from the police which may be used to exchange for the REP.

 

Without the donation card or a police report slip (in the event that you lose your card), you will not be given your REP.

If I can’t make it to the REPC, can I authorise someone to collect my race pack on my behalf?

Yes, you can. All representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon request from the counter staff:

 

  • Printout of your confirmation slip
  • A photocopy of your Identity Card/Passport (for runners in all adult race categories)
  • A photocopy of your Birth Certificate (for kids participants only)
  • Your personalised donation card (or a police report slip in the event that you lose your card) and the donations collected
  • A letter of authorisation signed by you

What are the items in my REP?

The REP will consist of:

 

  • A running bib number
  • An exclusive Event running T-shirt
  • A timing chip (for HM and 10km categories only)
  • A lucky draw ticket
  • Other sponsored goodies  (subject to confirmation)

 

NOTE:   Timing device will not be issued to the participants of 5km and 2.5km Fun Run

Can I pre-book my Event T-shirt size and bib number?

Pre-booking of T-shirt sizes is available for online registrations only.However, prebooking of bib numbers will not be entertained.

 

T-shirt sizes will be given on a first come first serve basis as per stock available for registrations through branches at the time of the collection.

Can I exchange my REP and/or all other items in the REP according to my preference?

No, the exchanging of REP and/or all other sponsored items are strictly not allowed.

Can I collect my REP on the Event day itself?

No, there will be strictly no collection of race packs on the race day. All participants and appointed representatives are to collect the race packs during the REPC period only.
